Entrance से ही luxurious vibe महसूस होती है। Open kitchen setup है जहां आप cooking process देख सकते हैं, और interior elegant yet subtle lighting के साथ बहुत stylish है। Private rooms ceiling तक completely partition किए गए हैं, इसलिए बाहर का कोई शोर नहीं सुनाई देता। Individual AC temperature control भी है, जो dining experience को और comfortable बनाता है।

Zucchini के अंदर chewy abalone छुपा था, और tempura में squid और lobster का combination - crispy और savory दोनों। Apple mint omija tea ने palate cleanser का role perfectly play किया। Yukhoe को minari और egg yolk के साथ mix करके seaweed chip पर serve किया गया - fresh और nutty flavor का incredible combination।

Tteokgalbi Burger
Long time बाद burger खाया, लेकिन fast food से completely different quality level। Juicy tteokgalbi patty, fresh vegetables और cheese का harmony amazing था। Standalone item के रूप में sell करें तो भी hit होगा।

Buckwheat Noodles
Buckwheat noodles clean और refreshing taste के साथ आए। Regular wheat noodles नहीं होने से healthier feel आई, और slurp-worthy texture बहुत अच्छा था।

1++ Hanwoo Charcoal Grill और Abalone-Scallop
Finally main course - Korean beef! Salchisal, saewoosal (shrimp-shaped cut), sirloin, और tenderloin - चार cuts जिनका marbling देखकर ही 1++ grade का पता चल रहा था। Salchisal और saewoosal मेरे favorite cuts हैं, और यहां wasabi के बिना भी meat का natural flavor काफी था। Sirloin और tenderloin भी tender और nutty - satisfaction level बहुत high। साथ में abalone और scallops ने ensure किया कि taste monotonous न हो।

Dessert Course - Lobster Ramen और Seaweed Soup
